The MDIS-40MD DC isolator with breather valve is specifically designed for switching direct current (DC) at voltages up to 1200v. Its robust design and ability to switch such voltages at rated current make it highly suitable for switching in photovoltaic (PV) systems. All photovoltaic installations must have a PV switch. This photovoltaic isolator, with a waterproof enclosure, perfectly fulfills the isolation task for outdoor installations.
